Now that you created a step-by step "downstream" process for your lower areas of life, it is time to "fill" those areas creating action steps to take to increase your happiness in each of these areas. Thus, go back to your Wheel of Wellness from Module 1, look at the areas that are low and come up with a plan of action- how you will be filling them up on a regular basis. Post to the group and stick with this plan!
