Module 2: 

Own Your Glow

While in Module 1 we uncovered things, beliefs and habits that keep you stuck, and cleared all that is not yours,  in this module we will work on developing new practices and behaviors that will help you stay strong on the inside. This should feel sooooo much better! Make sure to use these techniques daily and still follow your cheat sheet with the habits learned in Module 1

#1 Master your thoughts, your vibes and your life (Matreshka technique)

Homework:

1. choose one big problem that often keeps you in the negative. Follow the downstream process described in the video, send the activity to your coach.

2 Keep writing and submitting 30 things you love about yourself and 30 things you are grateful for.

# 2 Fill Yourself with MOON Energy (Your Yin/ Yan balance)

Homework:

1. Keep doing your meditations and positives and gratitude entries

2. Write down 40 things that make you "full"

3 Create a schedule for a week and a month where you add these things to your routines

# 3 Fill Your 9 Vessels of Love

2. Analyze each vessel, brainstorm ways to fill them

     #4 Empty Yourself to Fill Yourself with What's Serving YOU

With all "filling in" work that you have been doing , we need to create more ROOM! So let's clear all that takes away your energy to free more space for all the goodies that you learned about in this module.  For the next week use these 6 practices to clear your life for positive change.

Homework:

1. Create your HAPPINESS Filter, make it a phone screen, print it and use it in EVERY area of your life

2. Listen to the meditation for clearing your chakras and creating space in your life

3.     Apply practices described in the video above to clear 6 areas of your life

4. Continue with your achievements and gratitude journal
